Persistent and dishonest sales tactics were used at the hotel pool. There were four of us: my parents snorkeling, my partner and I (certified divers). We were told that snorkeling and diving couldn't be done on the same day because the dive sites were different, and we were charged for two days: one for four people (snorkeling with dolphins), and one for two (diving). However, on the day of my dive, we were on the same boat as other customers who had come to snorkel with dolphins. We were forced to pay for refresher courses, which were only mentioned after payment, despite our PADI certifications and dives completed eight months prior. A €5 per person fee was also demanded after payment, even though the salesperson claimed "everything was included." The trip was advertised as running from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but it actually lasted from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with only two 15-minute dives in the entire day. Prices were higher than the competition, without any justification. On the other hand, the crew on the boat is friendly and the chosen sites are decent.
